Quiche was invented for recessions. I clean out my fridge before heading to the market to figure out what we need for the week... This week I had some odds and ends that made a delicious quiche this week. Spinach, broccoli, carrots, ham, peppers... nice and simple and everyone loved it... especially the simple homemade crust!My mom had a book in the 80s called "Real Men Don't Eat Quiche"... hmmm.

That looks delicious! I need to go grocery shopping, but I could never find that sort of deliciousness in my fridge prior to visiting the store!
