Blueberry Picking

Larry's farmer face.
Henry with his friend Polina!

In one of my past lives I was definitely a farmer. I loved picking blueberries today. So peaceful and slow-paced and sunny. We had such a lovely day today!

swarovski crystalled baby converse

Maggie has become so particular about her shoes and hats lately. For the past few weeks she insists on wearing a hat as soon as she's out of bed or the bath. Her favorite is a fisherman style hat that has Henry's. And I'd love her to wear some of Henry's old Converse. I showed her these before swarovski crystals and she yelled, disgusted that I would try to put them on her feet. So, being a closet bedazzler, I got my hotglue gun and set to work on these BEAUTIES. A little uneven, a lot gluey but will hopefully will inspire her to wear something other than her orange and pink maryjanes.

Have anything that needs crystals? I'm in the groove.

Nemo

I had been meaning to introduce everyone to our fish friends. But sadly, our friend Sun, with the black fins, died during the crazy heatwave. Nemo lives on hating attention from the camera. RIP Sun.

baby spider plants ! *

This is your mama spider plant. She grew a long arm with a baby on the end.

Snip that sweet little baby from the end of the long arm.

Roots will grow from this white bottom.

Make sure it has water touching it until it grows roots.

*AH: I was just going to email this to you but thought that there could be other spider plant owners who would want to know how to propagate properly. It doesn't mean you are any less special to me. Hahaha. xo. Phone date. ASAP.

More alley plants. Poppies are fabulous. They look like paper. Tea, anyone?

New Summer Chintzy Couture

These are not for sale... I just needed some new summer dresses. Recycled and pretty darn cute on, too.
